i just read that there is some kind of a conflict between using lan1 and 5ghz band.

i have set my nas using lan1 port and my devices uses 5gzh band. is this okay or should i connect my nas to to another port?

the speed i get when transfering files from my computer (5ghz, link speed 300mbps) to the nas is around 20MB/s which is quite low (about 50% of the theoretical). im about 2meters far away from the router (cat6 to the nas). should it get better via wifi or is that a normal speed in wifi?
