AC88U / 3100 owners with radio problems?

I have read a lot of reports here of AC88U owners with dead or dying 2.4ghz radios. I have had one since 2015 and it is working fine but i am concerned about its longevity.

1. Has anyone with 2.4ghz problems inspected for capacitor or power supply problems?
2. How old is everyone's ac88u
3. If you have confirmed dead radios please post here which ones
