AC88U , Merlin 384.8, and vpn server

For whatever reason I can't get VPN to turn on. I switch on openVPN server, add another user and when I hit apply nothing happens. I can hit default and it will reset but I can't apply and turn it on / get config files. I just factory reset my router and I have the same issue. Anyone else have this issue? Any solution?

Upgrade to the test file 384.8_1 I think it was fixed in this build.
