Active(!) x16 PCIe 4 (or better) NVMe add-on card sought

Anyone knows of any active (i.e. no mobo bifurcation needed) x16 NVMe add-on cards that are PCIe 4 (preferably 5)? I’ve seen plenty of PCIe 3 such cards, though nothing beyond that.

If anyone makes them it would be highpoint. Not going to be cheap either. This is when you reconsider using AMD as the dumb adapters are under $100.

For a moment there I thought this might be it, though upon closer inspection, it says PCIe 3 on the case.

Upon even closer inspection, this looks to be passive/dumb.

Highpoint has PCIE 4.0 and 5.0 variants.
