Adaptive QOS... VPN uses what priority group?

Occasional Visitor
On Adaptive QOS, if one of my machines is using OpenVPN, which I assume is using UDP on port 443, does it use the priority group "Web Surfing" since https uses port 443? Or does it use "Other?"

Pardon if I implied anything wrong in my question.
