Admin Page is not worked from only external.

Hi.

First, I am not good at English.
Please excuse me.

My question Here:
I am using ASUS AC-68P Router.
I configured DDNS to access Router Admin Page from external(WAN).
Actually, If I try to access it, It works only on my cell phone or my friend's computer!
But, It seems like packets are dropped on the Internet that is separate from the intranet in company.
There is error "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" in chrome.
How can I do for fix it?
