aimesh guest wifi access only to 2 websites?

Hello
i would like to make a guest wifi network with the following properties:
1. speed 1Mbps up/down
2. Access to 2 refferred websites only
3. When users try to visit other webpages show them a website (a simple .html that i've build) notifying them that they only have access to 2 websites
4. same ssid at 2.4ghz (aimesh?) on 2 routers rt-ax53u & AX86upro

any ideas?

Way more than what these routers are designed to do.

This requirement on your equipment will limit the entire network WAN-LAN throughput to about 400Mbps.
