aimesh node xt9 drops wired connection every 20-30 minutes

New Around Here
I recently bought a set of asus zenwifi xt9.
I have configured them as AP in an aimesh.

However the node disconnects wired game computer to it every 20-30 minutes or so.
My son games so he instantly notices connection problems. What he notices is that his game slows down, he is disconnected from discord and so on. Also a switch (I mean Nintendo switch game console) is disconnected at the same time form it's games online.

If I connect the game computer directly to the unmanaged 2.5G switch the disconnection problems vanish. So it seems the xt9 in node config has problems in its ethernet switching somehow

The node is connected by wire to an 2.5G unmanaged switch. The backhaul is wired only (via 2 2.5G switches chained together.

My questions:
1. How can I read logging on the node in ai-mesh config. I can log on to the ip-adress of the master and see logging there. But no logging on the node. Are these logs somehow accessible?
2. I can see another issue here on the forum that looks the same. Anybody got some xt routers to reproduce?
3. I am using stock asus firmware that's upto date. Are their alternative firmwares to try?

XT9 AP Mode <switches/wire 'A'> XT9 node <wire 'B'> game PC

Did you test by connecting the game PC to the wire backhaul end 'A'?

Did you try swapping out wire 'B' for a different/trusted cable?

Does the root XT9 webUI AiMesh page show the wired backhaul performing poorly when the issue happens?
