Allow access to LAN side IP address and port when AP isolation is used

Occasional Visitor
I run AddGuard DNS server on my LAN and my RT-AC66U B1's WiFi is configures to use AP isolation. I would like to allow access to DNS server 192.168.1.30. How could I configure this?
