Allow ssh from another user?

If you want an answer to your question I would suggest you need to explain what you are trying to do as a 'non admin user'.

Not sure why a 'non admin user' would need to ssh into a router ?

It does not sound like a safe/secure thing to do hence why you need to explain what you are trying to do.

i have a home cloud server which sleeps when inactive for a while.

So when i am using vpn, i cannot sent wake on lan packet to the host (tried many android apps but they dont wake the target host when i am connected to vpn). So I want to send wake on lan packet via ssh from router to that sleeping host. It works via admin user but was thinking if there is a non admin user available to do that?

I know router gui also allows this but ssh is very simple as i have downloaded a ssh app in my phone which allows me to save the command and its just one click to send the magic packet.

I don't know how to do this BUT it would appear to require multiple users to be logging into the router !!!
[Potentially you could be doing this when already logged into the router as the admin user via the GUI from elsewhere.]

The router does not support multiple logins as far as I know.

Others may be able to confirm this !!!
