Alternative management interface for AiProtection?

Aside from the web ui and the mobile app, are there any third party way to manage aiprotection, especially the parental protection portion. Maybe a third-party tool that mimics how the mobile app sends changes to the device.

Things I'm looking for:
- Being able to define what content block on a schedule
- Being able to adhoc block internet access without wiping out the time schedule
- Schedules with less than 1hr increments
- Temporarily block or unblock internet for a specific time duration (overriding existing schedules)
- Saved template of schedules/blocked-content that can be applied via schedule or adhoc.
