Any idea why I seem to be abel to overclock my AC68?

Any idea why I seem to be unable to overclock my AC68? This is a brand new unit freshout the box running Merlins 3.74.40 beta3 (since it is the last firmware that also happens to support my 3G Dongle)

No DDR upgrade has been applied however when I press the button and allow it to reboot the SID is broadcast but nothing can join. Its almost as if DHCP isnt runnign? Are there any special hoops I need to jump through in order to overclock?

Hmm, I can overclock ok using the "nvram set clkfreq=1000" command and it is immediately reported correctly within http://192.168.0.1/Tools_Sysinfo.asp without even a reboot being needed.

However it doesn't work via the button So it wont do it with every boot
