i was using a windows 7 and got effected with the ransomware. Any way i could get my data decrypted.

At this point, if you have rebooted your computer since getting infected, your only recourse is to restore from a backup. There are a couple of tools that might possibly be able to retrieve the key and decrypt your files, but they require the PC to NOT have been rebooted since getting infected.

I think i have rebooted the system already. And i do not have a backup either.

Then there's probably nothing you can do, until possibly the decoding key gets leaked/stolen.

Sorry you got nailed with an encryptor, it's never pleasant to see someone impacted.
