New Around Here
Hi,
I have some PCs, couple laptops and a Raspberry PI3.
Have a proble4m sharing folder to all computers.
This has really been a struggle for years. Read and tried everything.

I get a feeling that is matters which connection type machines use.
Some are wired, some might be on 2g wifi and some on 5g wifi.

Does is matter or should not interfere in any way with sharing?
Any settings that might be wrong in router?

Thanks!

BR,Peter

Win10 is buggy too, but file sharing is known to be problematic on routers. Use your Pi3 or a NAS for file sharing instead of router.

Sorry! now the discussion is sliding a bit form the subject but last question. So it is much easier to share NAS vs drive in PC? I mean still same router/network!?
Definately get a NAS if that is the case.

No, I thought you use an USB stick on router as NAS. Sharing from PC or NAS should work both without any problems.
