ASUS AC66U connectivity problem

New Around Here
My previously installed AC66U setup wizard stops and claims, "check wired connection between the computer and the router". I'm sure the wire is good because my other router works fine with the same wires. I'm installing on a Windows 10 PC. Some suggest a firmware flash. Any other suggestions?
