Nope not there for me. You are talking about this? http://www.asus.com/support Typing your router model in the search window then click search usually redirects you to the files. Here's were I'm getting a blank page.
Ok, this site works for me. The other site has been working for me up to 3 days ago and actually was redesigned not too long ago but that's fine with me I'll just use the one you posted. Thanks.I think you are using the URL pointing to their old support pages, which might get phased out. Try the new support site instead:
http://www.service.asus.com/
This is where you end up when you click on Support from their frontpage.
It's still blank here except for the new RT-N66W. Something is screwed up on that site for IE11. Merlin posted a NA site that works if you want to try that.
No wonder it's working for you, your firmware 34_2 is old, there is a newer one.Nah, just kidding what puzzles me is, it was working 3 days ago and now the only one I can see is RT-N66W contents and nothing else, the others are blank.

Asus's website is formed with a cluster of servers. Random issues are often the sign that some of the servers on the cluster are out of sync - not everyone ending up connecting to the same server.
The previous link I posted still points to the old support site BTW. Here's a link to the new one:

Can't remember which path I took to get there however![]()
