ASUS BRT-AC828 Force client to a specific WAN

Hi folks. Tried to search the forums for this, but couldn't find anything specific. I am trying to lock some of my clients to a specific WAN on my ASUS BRT-AC828 router, because I have one expensive 4G connection I really don't want the children to stream youtube, etc from. Any suggestions on how I can do this on the BRT-AC828 ? Thanks.
