Asus DDNS intermittent?

Having issues over the past several days regarding Asus DDNS service. It appears to drop randomly and now I have the yellow exclamation mark saying either disconnected or unable to register unauthorized..

anyone else? (RT-AC68U)
 
Yes. Complained to Asus, they asked me a ton of quesrions but rebooted the router today and it works now! Bet they had issues the would not admit? Bill
