Is there a place, that I am missing, where I can look at traffic coming from a specific device?

Traffic Monitor is not device specific.

Network Map > Clients ... nothing there.

The mobile app has some generic crap.. but.. thats not very good and I dont need my mobile sitting at a desk.

Look in the QoS section (not sure how they call it on the GT-AC5300's webui).
