How does that impact AI Mesh setup? My GTAx6000 is the main router, with two other routers as nodes attached via wires. Will the node routers get reset too? Will I have to reconfigure them? Or will they stay in mesh mode?

Just a heads up, I had issues with my LAN side 2.5 Gbps port not delivering, it did in fact not even reach full Gigabit speeds, which a hardware reset fixed. So there seems to be some kind of bug when doing a dirty firmware update.

When you reset the router firmware, you are restoring it to its unconfigured default state with default settings that belong to that firmware. This will obviously clear any AiMesh configuration in the router, so it will no longer connect to any existing nodes. You must then rebuild your network.

I suggest you remove all nodes from the AiMesh to automaticaly reset them before you tear down your router/network. Then reset and configure your router firmware from scratch, including adding your nodes to create your AiMesh.

before factory default you should remove nodes from router gui, then nodes also do factory default, and be visible for router after upgrade.
