Weird thing. I just restarted the router and after the restart all the LEDs are off just like they were before the restart.

The firmware prior to this one "recommended" you factory reset your router, possibly a consequence? My LEDs are working as intended, both the aura led and the status leds are off.

I restored the factory settings previously

Has anyone done a factory reset with the latest firmware and did this fix the RGB light problem?

With the previouse firmware i did a factory reset.

I have not. My router is in the utilities room, so RGB is not a concern.

My router has rebooted itself randomly twice this week while streaming shows. I’ve not had it do that before.

Wondering what you did about this? Have you done a factory reset lately? The previous firmware suggested a factory reset, did you do that then?

Just curious whether you resolved this or reverted to previous firmware? I'm considering flashing this version, that's why I'm asking.

So far I didn’t do anything. ASUS recommended a factory reset because the default preferences changes for some security settings. A factory reset shouldn’t be required for stability.

I’m wondering if ASUS added some kind of auto-reboot feature as previously the router would start to become more and more unstable until I couldn’t log into to it and had to power cycle it to get Internet back. That would take at least a few weeks though, this has happened twice since I upgraded, though I upgraded a month ago and both reboot times were in the last week.
