Fixed Home Assistant installation failure on AI Board.

Up and running with this firmware. This is the first release where all the AIBoard functionalities are working.
I had trouble with all previous releases in restoring AIBoard to factory defaults.
I also had trouble in reinstalling homeAssistant with last build, which is resolved in this release.
Internet speed test also works great, matching my frontier service speed 7000mbps up/down.
With the Merlin release 3006.102.7 I was getting around 5200mbps/5600mbps up/down speed.
