Asus Hanging when adding FTP users

New Around Here
I have an ASUS RT-AC66U router, and whenever i tried add a user for FTP or SAMBA, it will hang and the PROCESSING message will never go away. So i have not successfully being able to add users for my FTP and or SAMBA storage device. Does anybody knows what could be the problem and how to fix it??

Any help will be highly appreciated.
