How to best introduce these in network to get total WPA3 protection.

Use 5gz exclusive to wireless AX? And WPA2 devices on 2.4 ??
 
why do you need WPA3? Is your wifi always being hacked?
 
I have a neighbor from hell. My router is secure as possible, including 63 character password. Deauth attack now and then. That's all.

They can't easily hack WPA2 if disable WPS. It will take years to encrypt unless they have supercomputer.
