Asus R7000 (AC-1900): unable to upgrade/downgrade from 384.4_2

Hi,

I have been trying to upgrade from 384.4_2 to any ealier version without success. Anytime I tried to upload a new firmware file, I have the following message:

"Firmware upgrade unsuccessful. This might result from incorrect image or error transmission, please check the model name R7000 and version of firmware from support site and try again."

I have reset my router to default settings and rebooted it before trying to upgrade without success. I have searched the whole forum for a solution without success. Can anyone help with this issue?
