Asus ROG be98pro Random Reboot

I have a problem with my 98pro for months that randomly reboots. Is there a way to figure out the cause? I was the using the latest Official Asus FW and then I switch to Merlin 3006.102.5. I factory reset after installing Merlin's FW. The problem happens on both FW.
It reboot twice within the same hour. I attached a small portion of the syslog if that help identify a cause.

Looks like there was a DNS Rebind Attack on your router.
That's just that hostname that resolves to a private IP address - this is logged as a potential rebind attack by dnsmasq.

There's no information in the log as to the reason of the reboot. Could be software crash, could be hardware crash, could be power blink...

"Could be software crash?"
Does this often happen with this router?
Looking at the log it rebooted again. It looks like a daily thing and every several hours. I had no idea it's this frequent.
"could be hardware crash?"
Does that mean the router could be defective?
"could be power blink..."
What is that? The router is connected to a UPS.

Do me a favor and plug it directly into a wall outlet or simple surge strip. I've had bad experience with BE routers and UPS. I bought a sine wave (must confess Chinese brand) Li-Ion UPS and still feel I need to use a noise filtering Tripp Lite Isobar surge protector.
