Hi I have an asus n66u router with merlin firmware, after using advanced ip scanner from 1.1.1.1 to 192.168.254 it showed that on ip 1.1.20.129 and 1.1.20.139 that there are 2 admin logins.

I can type the addresses in the web browser and I get these screeens what is this lol?

No. The private IP address ranges are:

10.0.0.0 – 10.255.255.255
172.16.0.0 – 172.31.255.255
192.168.0.0 – 192.168.255.255

But you should know what particular range you are using by either looking on the router or looking at any of your network devices. The default range for the RT-N66U is 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.254.
