Hi Guys,
I'm new to this forum, I just bought an Asus RT-AC66U router.
So far everything's Ok, I like it, I works fine. But I have an issue that could become very problematic.
I have a 1TB Disk plugged in the USB port of the AC66U.
AC66U is detecting it, I've setup everything as needed etc...
I've tried to connect and browse the files using:
- Ipad
- Mac
- PC
- PS3
- Apple TV (with XMBC)
When using UPnP I can't see the majority of the FOLDERS, I don't know why.
I really don't understand why it would display some folders and some other folders would be invisible from any device browsing the USB disk using UPnP protocol....
When I connect directly to the disk from a PC (file://192.168.x.x/) I can browse and see ALL the content, copy/cut/paste/delete whatever file I want.
So Why some folders simply "disappear" entirely when browsing from a PS3 or Apple TV using UPnp ?
Any ideas ?
Thank you very much
