Asus rt ac68p

I have only seen this at Best Buy, is this in addition to the rt ac68 u or does it replace it. Amazon does not show,it, they have the 68u and 68w.

If I buy the 68p from Best Buy am I buying something that only a few folks will have?

Yes I read that thread but it didn't ever say anyone had purchased one from anyplace but best buy. I can purchase one there but the 68u is available every place. Will the 68u not be available when inventory runs out? I still want to know what I wrote initially.

I don't understand the quandary. It's runs the same firmware as the rt-ac68u/r but has a faster processor.
Who cares is fewer people have it. What is the downside? I have an rt-ac68u. If you want, by the rt-ac68p and I'll trade you for peace of mind. Lol.
