I don't think you can revert to 533MHz. If you watch the youtube video it says not to run this utility if your router is running properly. Also, the support page says to upgrade to at least 374.339 before running this upgrade utility. You also have to press and hold the reset button for at least 5 seconds and let the router reboot before running it. Additionally, power must be maintained until the router completes running the upgrade utility. Otherwise the router can be rendered unusable. My router is running fine so I am not bothering with it.I have used this tool to change DDR clock rate from 533MHz to 666MHz.
I would like to know how i can revert back to 533Mhz.
Thanks in advance.

I was running OEM firmware .371 when i used the tool. But ive been having issues with Merlin latest firmware and latest Asus .454 firmware. So i want to revert back to 553Mhz for testing purposes as a last process of elimination in my diagnostics.
To Asus representative/s;
Please make a tool/software, so I/we can revert our routers DDR RAM speed back to 553Mhz.
Thanks again.
Most current issues have nothing to do with the memory clock speed. You will only not be able to overclock post-DDR upgrade.
I am able to overclock?? after
No, you can't. The router will be stuck in a reboot loop if you try to overclock (using Merlin's) after upgrading the memory speed.
