Asus RT-AC68U low speed

Hi,
Using a rt-ac68u with 1000/1000 connection.
Testing with speedtest.net getting about 300/280
All wired computers with 1000 full duplex.

Taking the computer to my neighbor and wired connect with the isp provider router (Tilgin HG2501)
Getting 8-900/850
I think I have missed same setting on the Asus but I don't know where to look.
Any suggestions?

When the sun comes up others will reply with better info but, briefly, make sure hardware acceleration is on and features that disable hardware acceleration (like QoS) are off?

QOS is off. But in hardware acceleration it says "NAT traffic are processed by the CPU"
Cant see how to turn it on.
