I have been checking about buying AX55, question is whether it is supported by Merlin?
If not, and used as an AP in a mesh system that work in Merlin but running ASUS stock- can it cause any lower performance?

Would appreciate any advise regards.

Thank you

Some people have no issues with running main-RMerlin and node-Stock.

I have found that running the same firmware on both main and nodes to be more stable. At least the same version of AiMesh, if you need to.

I dont see that available in the list.
Darn... it is the only AP in my budget line

It should work. Just be prepared (maybe return it) if it doesn't.
