In that case, you might want to try the Asus-Merlin 3006.102.4 Beta on the RT-AX88U Pro. Been testing that firmware on a RT-AX86U Pro and it appears the ability to block a Guest Network Pro client's internet access is working (at least in my quick testing on a RT-AX86U Pro) when using the Parental Controls > Time Scheduling option. Tested both the GUI and the Asus app and it seem to work with both methods on the Asus-Merlin 3006.102.4 Beta.On my current firmware 3.0.0.6.102_33340 guest clients cannot be blocked from the Internet either through parental controls or through the mobile app. The only way I can block devices is if they are on the main network.
Unfortunately the Guest Network Pro feature has its quirks and issues. Feels like a beta feature at times in the stock Asus 3006 release firmware. Some things just don't work as expected. If using stock firmware, be sure to submit a Feedback report on anything you find that doesn't work as expected.
Edit to add: Three screenshots from the Asus-Merlin 3006.102.4 Beta firmware showing how one device on the IoT (an Amazon Echo) is setup to have it's Internet access blocked. Network Map Client Status shows Internet blocked for that client.
