asus RT-BE92 and Plex web app connection issue

let me see if I can explain this clearly as I'm stumped
I have said router and I'm trying to open my plex app from a browser(firefox,chrome)https://app.plex.tv/desktop/
but it connects and logs in but no media,all the ports are forwarded properly(32400)
but if I use my nordvpn app browser extension and connect to any other network it will open fine
I'm guessing loopback on this router is open by default as there's no setting for it(fw: 3006.102.6)
If I local open it ,it's fine

To clarify. Have you enabled Remote Access within the Plex Media Server?
Have you correctly configured port forwarding on the router to pass port 32400 to the specific IP (or MAC address) of the Plex Media Server on the local network? Post a readable screenshot of your port forwarding settings (redact sensitive information).
Depending on your configuration you may need to enable UPnP on the router.
You may also need Plex Pass to enable certain remote access features.
