I need some help setting up the QOS rules in my router. So I have one computer that constantly downloads video via this Chinese software called Youku. How do I give it the lowest priority so it won't affect my web browsing and video streaming?

If it is a p2p you can't target it. I don't use stock f/w, but in general you need to set all traffic to bulk and the proritize only the services you need

I see. So if I want to prioritize streaming videos from youtube, dailymotion etc do I choose web surf for the service name?

Anyway how about for utorrent? Can I set my utorrent to use a certain port so I can give it medium priority?

You can't with uTorrent too. You may be able to shape incoming connections that come in at specific port, but then uTorrent itself generates connections that you cannot control (in a sense that they will be coming from random ports). You can limit uTorrent connections in the program itself though.

How about prioritizing streaming videos from youtube or dailymotion? What qos rule should I set?

I don't know what service names there are. Anything with destionation ports 80,443 so guess it is websurfing preset in the f/w
