Asus RT-N66U and TP Link TL-ANT2424B antenna

Hello friends.....I am trying to send my signal to a building next door. It is shared now, but weak.

I've invested in the TL-ANT2424B but the router antenna and the cable don't seem to match.

The cable is a TP Link ANT24EC6N....

It appears to need an adapter.....can you please help a tech guy that is over 30?
