Asus seems to block some Ports and addresses

Hi Folks,

since this week I experience some strange behavior of my ASUS RT-AC87:

After updating to 380.65_4 version I have trouble browsing random websites (websites getting timed out) and I cannot update my emails using an IMAP server and SSL on Port 993.

Checking the connections log when trying to update my emails I see this:
Code:
tcp 192.168.1.113:61727 212.227.17.186:993 TIME_WAIT

After a while this connections just gets CLOSED and my email client tells me "timeout connecting to server".

Any idea what could cause this action?

PS.: AB-Solutions is installed

PSS.: seems like "new" website using SSL (HTTPS) cannot be loaded. Only connection which once have been established seem to work (with that I mean connection was made before the update).

UPDATE:
I factory-reset the ASUS already two days ago, but there I restored it using the backup config file. Now I reset again the ASUS but building it up from scratch --> everything works
