Asus XG-C100C installation does nothing, and device manager is a mess. Has anyone had this issue before?

Occasional Visitor
Trying to install this darn NIC. I got two of them installed on my other PC but my third just isn't wanting to work. I checked device manager and this is what I see. Nothing I do seems to work, I'm all out of ideas. Anyone have any suggestions on this one?
