Asus XT8 download speeds are very slow

I just setup an XT8 mesh system and I updated both routers to the latest firmware. I have gig fiber and I'm getting 900+ at all 4 ethernet ports on the main router but I can't get a wifi download speed faster than 150 on any of my home devices on either band (2nd 5ghz band is dedicated backhaul) even when I'm only 10 feet from the main router.

Any ideas?
