Asus Zenwifi BD4 2nd node is not connecting

Agepagelage

New Around Here
I connected one BD4 unit to the modem (via a wall socket) with a UTP cable and configured it with the Asus Router app, setting it to AP mode. This works perfectly. The modem's Wi-Fi is disabled.

However, when I want to connect the second unit in the bedroom using the same method, also with a UTP cable connected to the modem via a wall socket, and turn it on, nothing happens. After a while, it starts flashing a blue light and when I search for new AiMesh units to add in the Asus app, I can't find it. Also not through the webGUI.

I was considering this connection method because I want to use seamless roaming between devices and to have everything connected with a UTP cable for the best connection and speed. Asus describes this method in this article, so it should work. Or am I doing something wrong?

The main unit has the latest firmware but I don’t know for the second one because I can’t access it. I also tried to connect the second unit to the main one with a cable, having it next to the main unit while configuring and with a wifi backhaul but nothing works. It just flash the blue light. I reset the second unit multiple times.

It's in Scenario 4.
