What's happened with DLNA Server? I have upgraded to the last Merlin Firmware and now the name is UPnP Server. My PS4 that before was working fine with DLNA Server, now it can't find the device.

I had a similar issue. I fixed this by change the setting under Tools > Other Settings > DLNA: Rebuild entire database at start (default: No) to Yes. Worked like a charm on 380.59
