Asuswrt-Merlin Firmware with Asus DLS-AC68U

Bit of a newbie here. Just wondering if the Merlin Firmware can be used with the DSL-AC68U as opposed to the RT-AC68U variant?

Wanted to check before I loaded and possible broke the router?

No , Merlin's firmware doesn't support any DSL model.
