At what firmware version can you no longer downgrade through asus control panel?

I believe still downgrade is possible but there is a special procedure to do it.
 
tested: cant downgrade from merlin 378.56_2 and higher

CAN downgrade from 376.49_5

yes, special procedure will work in any case
