AX11000 Pro + AX88U mesh dropping

Hello, Been lurking in here and the only reason I can figure out with the drops I experience is 3.0.0.6 incompatibility with 3.0.0.4. I may be totally wrong but I am just trying to find a solution.

88U is wired to 11000pro
3 networks, 2.4, 5g, guest
devices seem to drop randomly, lots of testing to see if i can find a pattern, but i cannot.

What else could i try to narrow this down or is the firmware the issue?

Make sure the Ethernet cable is connected to a router LAN port and to a mesh nodes WAN port. If there is a switch between the router and node it should be an unmanaged switch. If Ethernet backhaul setting is enabled disable it and leave all AiMesh settings at default. Use Dual Band SmartConnect and disable DFS channels for now. Setting the 5 GHz to 80 MHz may help with connection issues. There is no incompatibilities between your firmwares.
