Double check what's the Internet IP shown on the router's front page when you log in. If it starts with 10.x.y.z, then you are double NATed behind a second router.

Are you able to get to its configuration pages? Can you set it to Bridge mode? Ask your provider to do it for you otherwise.

Yeah I've run into double nat before. I'll have to ask the isp about bridging... I've been in the modem settings before and I couldn't change anything

They didn't tell me what they did but the cable company did something now I don't have double nat... Resolved... Thabk you to everyone for the help

What they did is put your modem/router into Bridge mode. It is now only operating as a modem.
