Not sure if this is a known problem. I have searched and found nothing. It does not happen with stock Asus firmware.
I have a mesh network with AXE11000 as primary and 2 AX92U's as nodes. Smart Connect is - off. All settings are default. Also using wired backhaul.
My SSIDs are:
Router 2.4ghz. 5ghz. 6ghz
AXE11000. ASUS-AEM-2 ASUS-AEM-5 ASUS-AEM-6
AX92U #1. ASUS-AEM-2 ASUS-AEM-5*
AX92U #2. ASUS-AEM-2 ASUS-AEM-5*
*both 5ghz channels on the AX92U's have the same name.
Problem: I am not able to connect to the 6ghz channel. When I use a network analyzer, I see 3 channels named ASUS-AEM-6. according to the MAC addresses, each of the 3 routers has a channel named ASUS-AEM-6. Two of them are 5ghz. According to the Merlin UI, all channels are named correctly. Both AX92U's look ok. As I said above, this does not happen with stock Asus firmware.
