Backing up from a Windows PC to a Qnap 119

I have a Windows PC that is turned off at night with a 2tb secondary hard drive in it that has media/documents/photos/etc. on it, and a Qnap 119 NAS which also has a 2tb drive in it.

What kind of options do I have for regularly backing up/syncing the Windows drive to the NAS? (as individual files not an image because I want to serve media from the NAS)

You can use any number of backup programs on the PC. People seem to like Acronis True Image.

Thanks - I looked into that program and a fewothers and settled on SyncBack Pro, wonderful program for what I wanted it to do.
