I was able a few years ago to backup the JFFS in one level of firmware and then restore in the next level from the GUI. Is this still possible when jumping form v3004 to 3006 on my RT-AX86U Pro? I only have a couple of scripts and transmission on an external drive. In the past I would manually configure everything and then restore the backed up JFFS from the older firmware into the new GUI and then power down the unit. I would plug in the external USB HD and power up again...at that point all would be up and running. Just wondering if this is still possible. Have my parents device to do now and wondering if I can shorten the JFFS part of things on theirs vs what I did on mine. Thanks very much.
