BE92 Web UI page loading issues

This is a new purchase, I installed the latest merlin package, factory reset, followed by configuring the router. exported the certificate so I can connect with https, added in both mesh routers.
I can connect HTTP or HTTPS and some Web UI pages don't properly load and needs a refresh, rebooted several times, it's random if it will load 1st time or not. I didn't find anything using search to help either, just wondering if anyone knows what could be the issue?
Internet is fine, ASUS app is also working ok, it's just the BE92s web UI that's acting up.

I see that as well but every time I login.
On a close and reload it is fine.
Using DuckDuckGo as browser.
Safari complains about invalid certificate and won’t load the login page.

It would help if you wrote what browser/OS, you're using (I use Edge, which is normally fine).
Try to clear the cache of the browser (that has helped me when weird things happen in GUI).
Also try to give the router a COLD start, pull the plug.
Also, how did you factory reset, via GUI or reset button?
