Best Cable tester around $100 or less

Hello, I have some off brand cable testers for testing cable pair sequence and breaks in cable etc....
I also have a Fluke Toner.

I am considering purchasing an
Fluke Cable Tester:

These seem a bit over-priced for all that they do, but I need something reliable....I don't need a Blinking Christmas Ornament like some of the cheaper testers seem to be.

Fluke Networks are good supplier of reliable cable testers. Their products are great, but the prices are a bit surprising. But if you are on a low budget, you can try Byte Brothers cable tester with prices according to features.

I will need to keep Byte Brothers in mind. I was not aware of that Brand Name.
Also Monoprice looks extremely affordable.
Well it seems like a case of you get what you pay for.
So I might just stick with Fluke so I have some confidence.
